Are you looking for a counsellor for you or your child who is warm, friendly and professional?  Then I might be the right person for you.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which we can explore the issues that are causing pain. 

 

I work with young people and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, bereavement, issues from their past or difficulties in their current life.

 

As an integrative counsellor I can draw upon many different types of therapy to tailor an approach which best suits an individual client.

I have been offering a private counselling service since 2010.  My practice is in Letchworth and Hitchin, Hertfordshire
